Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Event Marketer to join the marketing Team at Alpha Voice. In this role, you'll ideate and conceptualize with our team on new marketing campaigns that target event owners, organizers, and marketers. All campaign ideas are welcome. This role combines storytelling, copywriting, and working alongside designers & developers to execute and create campaign materials. The ideal candidate is a results and metrics-driven marketer who can manage the expectations of multiple business stakeholders and inspire confidence with creative vision, analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and exceptional attention to detail. With a deep understanding of the team’s cross functional strengths and abilities. A successful candidate will help to oversee and create the highest quality marketing materials, from project inception to delivery and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build programs, including scoping and goal setting, overall project management and execution, analysis.
• Produce sponsored events from concept through completion: determine strategy and goals, oversee budget, negotiate with and manage vendors, plan and track deliverables, analyze metrics and return on investment
• Collaborate with other teams including demand generation, product marketing, and design to guide thoughtful event experiences pre, during, and post-event
• Partner with sales ops and the sales team to ensure smooth hand off and follow up of leads
• Continuously brainstorm unique activations and creative ideas to make our brand stick in the minds of our buyers
• Improve the planning process to ensure our programs are performed flawlessly, stay ahead of schedule and remain within budget
• Update the marketing leadership team on status with trends, metrics, challenges/solutions, forecasts, and strategy to guide brand awareness and pipeline growth

Requirements:

Must have multiple years of experience in the industry, and/or experience marketing to event marketers. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation skills; insightful ability to get things done through influence rather than authority. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and when handling multiple projects
